L03 nitrous

How much nitrous can a stock L03 handle? My car has 167,000 miles on her and i am looking to add some extra power and still have a reliable vehicle.

Reliable + 3rd gen + nitrous.....

I'd keep it to 75-100 if I were you, but that's a high mileage motor so who knows...

if you wanna keep it reliable with 167k miles on it, don't spray it...the nitrous is only gonna reveal the weak links in a hurry.
