Hi all im new to the site and love all the info. Im currently in the process of swapping out my tired 305 for a mild 350. Sorry but i drive a 90 Gm 2wd pickup. My 350 is a basic bottom end rebuild with stock components, 70's 462 casting heads 194" 155" valves and 8.5.1 compression. Rpm airgap manifold, comp 260H cam- 440 lift 212 duration on a 110lsa. I have edlebrock stainless coated headers/shorty style. I bought a stock 350gm chip and an AFPR from Jet. I also have the holley adapter plate. My question is will the stock chip run this combo ok to start??? I would like to get into prom tunning and burning but need Help on what to start with??? I will only be tunning my truck. Moates burn1 / ostrich/ EBLsetup/ Prominator etc. Im new to computers and efi but have good mechanical knowledge and ability. Not sure where to start and would prefer not to spend more than $300 for the set up. THanks for the great site and help. I guess i need something to read the stock bin file as well??

Its actually a sticky on here a few from top. Believe me if you ask a question its probably already been asked and answered. I know how you are too though. I like to just get an answer and read on than search and maybe find what I need exactly. Anyway welcome buddy.
