Setting Idle? (TPS)
This is one of the few times i miss working on a holley. How the hell do i set the idle on the car? i bumped the timing a bit more after changing the cam and it Idles at about 1,000. 700 in gear. It needs to drop.. HOW?!?!?!?!
(BTW..Im not dropping the timing as a solution. It runs great where it is.

Damnit,...i meant IAC,..i read the tech article, but it seems to have been made for TPI's. I dont see any screw to adjust on my TBI.
Hey Rocky
If I remember correctly you have to pull the IAC out and the little pin with the spring wraped around it is what you will turn to the left or right to back it out or move it in more.
Are you going to the Street meet tonight?
If you are going I will be there at 7:00pm to about 8:30pm
I bring the 91 RS.
Oh I also have the super charger now so hopefully I have it on the Iroc in a week or so.

actually thats incorrect
the tbi has an idle screw and the procedure for tpi is the same as tbi (ground aldl for 45 seconds, unplug iac, remove aldl ground, start car, set idle) the screw is right where the throttle arm rests against you cant miss it its just covered by a cap that youll have to remove with a punch or awl, takes a small torx bit, t15, but i have set it using an allan wrench before
