AFPR Pressure Setting

Pablo, or whomever...
Installed edelbrock perf intake, had to make a number of mods to get it to work on my 305. Also installed AFPR, however I had to do an errand the guy did that part of the job says he set it at 13.5 psi. Sounds kinda high to me, what do you think. The car accelerates very well to 4500 rpm, with the stock intake and press reg it would go to 5300 no problem. Now it bogs about 4500 to 4700. ideas??? thoughts?? SUGGESTIONS?

did you use the TBI performer manifold or the carb performer manifold? if you used thecarb performer manifold, which adapter did you use? and did you block off the heat crossover on either?

Also, disconnected battery just to be sure, again. It's not throwing any codes either. The butterflies seem to be sticking at the idle stop, just a little tho. I can hear them squeaking againist the inside of the throat.
