Cold Air Tube Question

Will a 3" diameter tube with only a 90 degree elbow provide air to a 350TPI up to 4800 rpm? Or should I go with a 4" ?

thanks

3" is fine 4" would be better. maybe you should post this in the TPI section and not the TBI section
