Is there anyplace legal to test top speed in NJ or PA? I'd have a drive shaft loop. I'd really like to do this without having to worry about deer, cops, cars, etc. I've gotten the thing up to 110 for a good stretch uphill with the speed limiter :-( and it came fast considering the stretch of highway. Have only done that twice and just don't feel like doing it again unless it's completely legal.
