Broke TBI how to fix it??
I bought a holley 4 barrel TBI and one of the bolt down tabs was broken off when i got it I have the piece to fix it back it is aluminum can it be welded easy or how do I fix it?

it can be welded easily with GTAW (tig) process. take it to a welding shop with the proper tools and equipment for making this sort of repair. best bet would be to bolt it to a flat piece of steel to keep everything lined up and flat while making the repair.
