Is there a way.

Is there a way to turn down the amount of fuel the TBI unit is giving out?

There was a tech article about changing the fuel pressure. I assume lowering the fuel pressure would lessen the amount of fuel.https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/tbi-afpr.shtml

if your fuel pressure has been raised you can lower it

If you set the fuel pressure too low (or too high) the amount of fuel corresponding to a certain pulsewidth will be way off. The ECM will have to correct this constantly.
Secondly, a lower pressure will reduce the atomization so the fuel droplets will be bigger.

It's better to get smaller injectors (and change base pulsewidth in the prom)
