aftermarket tbi throttlebody??

I was just wondering how many people are running a turbocity or xtremeefi throttle body on there car or truck and what they think. Also what is necassay to convert a 454 throttle body over to work on a 350??? Its on a 1990 Gmc 2wd with a modded 350. Headers/cam/intake/afpr/fullexhaust etc. It is a dynod 300hp engine on a carb with same set up. Any suggextions or help would be great. Thanks

Not to Hi-jack, But on ebay theres a 46mm and a 54mm Throttle body... I was wondering if you were to bolt those to a 350 with the Ultimate TBI Mods Done, how much there would be to gain...

if you datalog the engine your should be able to tell if you are pulling 95-100KPA in datalog. If there is a restriction in intake flow the intake and/or the TB could be increased in size. most likely will require a change in tune(prom) to get to to run correctly. will effect the AE(pumpshot) and idle routines. i believe the intake will need to be machined to accept a GM 7.4L TB.
