Now the ECM is running a code 13.....what now?
Should i just replace the sensor? It was throwing a lean code. I bumped the fuel pressure, but now its thowing a 13. WTF?!

If it is throwing a lean code, it could be the sensor. How long has it been since you changed it? Do ou know how to "read" your O2 yourself with a voltmeter? This could help to answer your problem. Also, when did it come on, when cruising, idling, etc?
From the looks of it, you know as well as I do how hard it is to guess at the cause of a code like this! Don't you just love cars, lol.
