I have a 1990 350 1/2 ton truck motor. My spects say it has 210 hp@4000 rpm. I would like to get around 300 horses out of it. About how many hps would flattop pistons, edelbrock performer cam, under drive pulleys, k&n airfilter, and a chip give me. Because that is what I plan to do. Other than rebuild it and redo the heads. It has a rod knocking. Enless you have some other ideas to give. THANKS

 

if you plan on doing it anyway. why ask. it will yeild what it yeilds and then you will know. Hard to tell exactly what youll gain.

but i would add a larger tbi and a custom chip with injectors to that addition, you might be close to your 300. o, and headers.

 

I'm not dead set on this. Its more of an idea. In about a week I'll start. I'm just trying to get my ducks in a row for now. To look at differant set ups options for now.
