How many horses should i get???

How many horses should i get???

Ok right now i have a 305 TBI with k&N filter, flowmasters, thermomaster hypertech chip and gutted cat. I found a TPI off an 89 5.7 IROC, it has everything for it the intake, runners, the whole deal. Now if i put this with my 305 how much horsepower should i get. I was wanting to put on the TPI and bore the engine to a 335. Maybe even add a supercharger someday. I figured it would be better to work with a TPI than a TBI anyway because of the more things i can do to it. But anyway, just adding that TPI system what should i expect.

I wouldn't bother boring and stroking the 305 to 335. As for the TPI setup, I guess if you have the money and the time it would be worth it. That is if you are getting the whole system pretty cheap. Those parts that you can buy to improve the factory TPI, they cost a pretty penny too. There are things to buy to improve TBI systems as well.
