truck TBI vs car TBI

What are the differences between the two systems on a truck 350 TBI and a fbody TBI 305?

I think I've seen that the TB's are the same, but the injectors are different. What about the harness, and computers? Can the computer's be swapped using the existing harness? Can just the proms be changed using the existing computer?

Cars use a IAT sensor trucks don't
