Hey 8"T"9
WOW "8T9" You acctually are truely a moron.
1.Your car doesn't get used, which is why it doesn't break. I take mine to the strip, autocross it, and drive it back and forth across the country. You ever see me asking any questions?
2. I spent $125 on my headers. That is not a half grand. do the math, colleage boy.
3.Yep, you have been on this board for a year. Know where I've been? Putting a 400 SBC in my car, and HAND modding the intake and fuel system to try to support it. I'm trying things of an FI system that haven't been tried before, while you have the nerve to sit on your sh!thole at your computer and tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about??!!! Yes, you truely are a moron.
My car currently runs a 13.5 in the quarter. You don't even have a clue how fast your car runs, because you "won't" race it. But I know how slow it is....ALOT SLOWER THAN MINE!!
Face it 8"T"9, you are a dreamer and I am a "doer". You are what we call "book smart" and that is being nice because it is using the word "smart". Try getting some grease on your hands. The reason why people on this board aren't getting anywhere with there cars, is because of people like "u" who have nothing better to do than sit around spewing ill informed information, gathered by reading a computer, rather than working on your car.
This summer I'll be running high 12's with my freshly rebuilt engine. What will "u" be doing? Wait, I already know. "U"'ll be sitting in front of "ur" computer, having pre-jacking dreaming about "ur" car running high 15's. Don't get any on "UR" monitor!

LoL @ Tom. He gets under your skin doesn't he with them comments he makes all the time? I know, cause I hate it when he does that. I don't hate the guy, I just hate people that mis inform people that are just learning. Like putting heads and a cam on a block before you do exaust mods. Or headers are a bad mod for a stock engine and the stock manifolds are fine for now. Thats just bad info and I don't want other people going around saying the same thing cause so-so said it from the TBI board. And then the quoting...GOD THE QUOTING! LoL. Oh well, there is one on every board. Thats great that you helped your dad put headers on his 82 Z, but try doing it to your car (if you dare, I don't get why you will do gears but then leave everything else stock cause your restoring the car) and I guarntee you will love it. You haven't even touched your engine yet man! You bash the open element idea and say cold air induction is better....TRY DOING THE MOD FIRST then evaluate it. ok?
