Cheap heads?!?
Cheap heads?!?
I'm looking for ideas on better heads for cheap!! I mean cheap as in $125 to $150 for a pair used. Is there such a thing? Are there any easy to locate cheap good factory heads to put on a tbi 350 other than the vortecs? How much does valve size make a difference? And where?(top end, bottom end ect...) What other things make up a "good" set of heads? I'd like to throw a mild cam in my 350. I know the swirl port heads I have now are junk from what I hear. So if I could replace them with cheap, used, better heads that would help complete the package, right? Thanks

hey man, i dont know exactly what to tell you about the heads. i would go with teh vortec if you had the money, just because they are AWESOME out of teh box compared to all other cast iron heads.
