what is the best intake to put on a lo3. It has a stock tbi. There is no real work done on the engine. What is the best intake to get. For hp rates. Please help.

I have 4:11 gears auburn pos. alum driveshaft, 700r4 headers, 3 inch exhaust and borla muffler.

IMO, Performer intake (non-TBI), TIB adapter plate and 204/214deg .420"/.442" generic SIS $79 cam/lifter kit from Summit. This combo will help A LOT and you need a bigger cam w/those gears. Can probably keep stock PROM if you HAD to but should get it tweaked.

 

Does the non-TBI version include the EGR provision? If so do you know the part number?
