There really no reason why you couldn't use flexible line. But, I would look into using Aerquip lines and fitting. It would give you added insurance agaist leaking hoses and clamps. Besides it looks alot better. I've checked out your car, it deserves it! I'm not sure what size the fittings are though. I'm going to have to do the sam thing, keep me informed.
Were in NY are you. I'm from Binghamton. I live in VA Beach right now, but will be moving home in June. I'd like to hook up with the Camaro clubs in NY when I get there.

I'm looking into this right now. Apparently full size TBI trucks from '87-'90 got stainless flex fuel lines that are a direct bolt in for ours. I'm going to try to run mine from the hard lines back along the firewall to the TBI. I had a whole bunch of text that someone from the DIY-Junkyard turbo list had done that showed all kinds of things that swapped out between our cars and that was one of them. If I find the pages I'll post a copy of it here. If you find out if this works before me, please post it here as well!

ohh goood idea...maybe i will..i only spent like less than 20 bucks, but the problem is that i couldnt find the right fittings to replace the 12" or so of the rubber lines near the power steering pump. so, they are still there, for now.

also i rerouted them around the back of the engine i think. i still odnt have them permanently in, but it looks like they are gonna stay there. ill let you know.

I saw the hoses and fittings in my jegs catalog last night. If I just knew witch size fittings I needed I would order mine this week, but I'm just not that familure with threadnology to figure it out. I guess I'll have to ask someone with nollllodge to find out.

I think this would look cool with the new rpm air gap I'm putting in.

Brian, I don't know if this will help you any or not but. I found this fuel line extension for Throttle bodies for use with spacers. It might not work a flat Holley adapter plate, being thats it's just an extension on the back of T-B. I still think a custom set up using aeroquip lines and fittings would be better. just a thought.

Andy..
yeah that may have helped my original problem a little, but not really. they were pretty much "all over the palce" and had to be replaced one way or another.
thanks anyways though.
