I just got done making my own 1/4 injector spacer and i have one question left. Once it is all completed and im putting it back together, do i put the template back on and then the spacer or just go with the spacer alone. Need to put it back together as quickly as possible.

 

Template?? You mean gasket? You are going to need a gasket on either side of the spacer.

Wait a minute. If you mean a spacer for the injector "tower" then no, you don't need the gasket. If you mean a spacer for the entire TBI unit, then you'll need gaskets.
