I'm just curious if this setup feeds enough air for my L-98. I gutted the underhood airbox mounted to the bottom of my hood so that it doesn't use the flapper door setup anymore. Removed the air silencer screen & plugged vacumn line to the heat flapper door in the air cleaners snorkel so it stays open at all times.

I know the best thing is dual snorkel or open air but with california's roadside tests a open air element isn''t a good idea.
