does TBI spacer and higher gear affect emmisions??

i was wondering if the TBI spacer i have installed with affect my up comming emissions test if its one of those tests like IL where they actually test emission during a driving simulation test . its where they put your rear wheels on rollers and blocks in front of your front tires and then they slowely accerlate and declatee for like 5 min while tubes collect your exhaust. ( it really sucks) Also would a higher rear end gear affect it too? any help you guys could give me i would appriate it. thanks

Gears shouldn't affect it because you will just run a certain amount of RPM's for a certain amount of emmisions. The spacer doesn't do to much so I would not be worried.

I ran my open element w/o the spacer and passed emmisions no problem. The test I have to go through is almost as tough as California's. I think its the second toughest in the nation, talk about total BS , and its exactly the same type of test as yours.
