Emmisions with open Element????

Emmisions with open Element????

Will my open element restrict me from pasing emmisions? Cause when I took off the snorkel I took off this sortatube thing near the intake manifold, there is a hole there but it loks like it is plugged. Thanks guys

in CA you have to put the stock one back on. I saved mine in my garage

the air cleaner is not part of the emissions equipment in NJ. you will have no probs with it. it should actually improve your emissions on hte rollers because the engine will be breathing better.
