TBI A.I.R Question
The tube on the passenger side of the motor comes out of the big black box. It has a crack in it and I hear air rushing out of it.
It gets so hot, that muffler tape even melts off, anything ELSE I can put on there to seal that pipe up? Any experiance of what I can do, thanks guys!

Man, that sucks. I just did an engine swap and threw all of that stuff in the trash last week. I could have given it to you for nothing.

Yank your hose and run to a local parts store like O'Reily or AutoZone. Tell em you need that size, in that length, and what you're doing with it. My 88 actually used a metal pipe instead of a hose. The pipe broke during an engine pull and I just used hose from a parts store to replace it.
