Is it possible to take the front piece(the dual snorkel by the radiator)from the TPI and modify a snorkel to the front of the air cleaner? I have an RS, but I have the Z28 grill, meaning that a ram air setup thru the foglights holes is possible. Any info would be great. Oh yeah it is either this or an open element. THanks

 

I think you'd have better luck routing a cold-air setup behind your driver's side headlight (move the evap canister out of the way) and getting air from there.

yes there was a guy that used the Z28 cold air but the part under the front of the hood is supposedly really restrictive. An open element with a cowl hood would be much more effective for TBI.
