Also, will this cam swap directly into my 92 RS? I remember someone saying something about the wrong dowel pin?????

Also, I'm on the lookout for a performer TBI intake and headers that will fit my car. Anyone have all these they would sell as a package? : )

 

an lt1 cam with swap directly into a 92 305tbi engine. you can use the stock springs if there good but if there over like 65000 your better off replacing them with GM lt4 springs. a cam swap wont do ya much good if ya dont swap at least intake and do headers and exhast. some heads work would also be helpful but not neccerary .

Depending on the year of LT1 cam you might have to grind down the pin so its the same lenght as your stock cam.I had to, but it was easy.I covered up the cam with plastic wrap while I was grinding it down to keep grinding dust off of it.Just make them the same length and have a happy life.
