Holley 4 bbl with stock ecu

Has anybody had any experience with "Affordable Fuel INjection", he says he can sell me a ecu and chip (with me to repin my harness) to run a Holley 4bbl tbi. Some of the posts say this won't work. thanks

if you change to a holley ecu then it should be cool. There are problems running it off the stock ECU at higher RPMs. Do a search for the name "Dan W" this has been talked about before.

ive talked to him a few times. mostly about selling my tbi with his systems. he does some work on the harness and ecm i think, so that you can use the 4bbl without problems. he recomends against holleys ecm because he said it doesnt block outside electronic interferences, ie. he said he knew a guy with a jeep with holley's system, drove under high voltage lines and had to push the jeep half a mile before it would run agian.

get it with a gaurantee.

I've run a 4bbl on the stock ECM and later the 747 truck ECM but I'm not the guy that snuf is refering to. Be prepared to do some custom programing as it is absolutly required to make the 4bbl work.

Do a search on this topic as its been discussed before.
