Edelbrock TBI or Carb intake

Which one sould I get. The TBI designed intake, or the Carb design with adapter? Anyone got the 1/4 mile improvement? (L03 w/auto)

Thanks!

I've already done the exhuast, Edelbrock TES headers, REALLY high flow cat, flowmaster catback. I need less restriction on the intake side before diving into the heads/cam. Any suggestions?
