Roller Rocker ?

I want to swap out my stamped rockers for 1.6 full roller rockers (self-align). Anybody know if they will fit under stock valve covers? Anybody got real #s of the improvement in lift? E.T. improvement?

Thanks in advance!

I'm a little foggy on the lift but I think the peanut cam lift is .350 .350 stock and the 1.6 rockers bring it up to .375 or .380 . I don't remember exactly.

The stock valve lift is .350I and .385E. I know the stock peanut cam sucks but I just found out Comp Cams makes a cam that is specifically designed for 305-350 TBI computer controlled vehicles. I wanted to get the 1.6 roller rockers for now and then swap the cam when I save up the money for new heads. The new rockers sould compliment the new cam, as long as they fit underneath the stock covers.

You can buy raised aluminum centerbold covers from Jegs. They are a bolt on item and look good as well. They are a little over a $100 for the pair.
