question...
I just bought a 1990 camaro RS with a TBI 350 yesterday, and when my dad and i were driving it home, we started hearing a ticking coming from the exhaust when i accelerated almost like a motorcycle. my dad says he thinks the engine needs rebuilt, i'm fairly new to cars so i am asking for your opinion on this matter. does the engine need to be rebuilt or could it be something else?

Re: question...
Does he have headers? I've never taken my manifolds off but I think I remember hearing the stock iron manifolds don't have gaskets (except for joining to the y-pipe).
