Hissing sound on the TBI???

Hissing sound on the TBI???
Is this normal? There is this constant sucking of air on the left side of my TBI. It is right above where the I.A.C is pluged in. Is this hurting my car? I also get intermittent SES light once in a while that would stay on for about 30 seconds then goes away.

that is the IAC working. the noise is the air rushing in through it.
