Fast Idle/high IAC

Has anyone had this problem? When in gear, and stopped, my idle air counts gradually increase until maxed out at 145. Also when driving the ecm sets a code 32, although I have a new egr valve and switch. Everything I have checked seems ok, so I'm mystified. Anyone got any ideas?

If i'm not mistaken...i believe a code 32 is the CTS (Coolant Temp. Sensor). I had this problem and a new temp. sensor fixed it. Cheap replacement too. Hope this helps somewhat.

Code 32 is for the EGR not the Coolant temp sensor. I would just double check everything again make sure it's not sticking. Did you reset the computer?

I've replaced the ecm, prom, egr valve, egr vacuum switch, IAC motor, oxygen sensor, smog pump, and fuel filter. I've checked all the wiring, the temp sensor, the TPS sensor, and the injectors. The only thing that doesn't check out is it has low intake vacuum, although the engine runs great. I'm stumped, there is something in the programming of the ecm which causes increased idle counts under certain conditions, I just wish I knew what they were.
