If you go to the tech articles, it will be in there. If that is not good enough, you can always try searching through the past posts. I've learned a lot from these guys/girls. Use it to your advantage.

Just the filter? Or the whole cleaner + filter? (Just messing with you).
Somebody made a good web page tutorial with pictures and stuff (search all the message borads and you'll find it somewhere).
It's really not that complicated...
Basic stuff:
(1) pull the old cleaner, hose, breather filter hose, warm air line, valve & tube, etc. out. (2) Drill/punch out a hole (usually already perforated) in your new open element cleaner so that you can remount the IAT sensor. (3) With the IAT sensor in place on the new cleaner, installation of the cleaner itself is pretty obvious - it sits right where the old one was, hold it in with the wingnut.
Clean-up stuff:
(4) Get a push-in breather (and new grommet, if the old one in your valve cover is cracked) to put in place of where the hose that went to your cleaner's breather filter from the psgr. valve cover was. (5) Buy a variety pack of vacuum plugs (from any parts store) and cover the now open outlet on the throttle body.
I don't think I left anything out. If I did, you can leave a really nasty flame here later.
