These filters need to be changed regularly,so do that first.Buy adjustable fuel pressure regulator, or modify factory unit as in tech article on ultimate TBI.A few companies sell them,if you're lazy, like me.
Turbo City's is about $70.

After you change your filter, probably the best investment you can make is an in-line fuel gauge. Your stock pressure should be between 10-12psi, if it's not, check for problems. With your setup, stock injectors are fine, don't make the mistake of getting bigger ones like I did, Jon will agree to that. It'll screw your "choke" cycle all up. You might find a little more power if you get an adjustable pressure regulator, although JET reccomends you keep it under 13.5psi for the street. The JET regulator sells for $65 and is adjustable, but you need to do some drilling in your TBI to make it truly adjustable without having to take the top half of the unit apart to get to the bolt. Do a search for regularors, there was a recent message on the boards that delt with a regulator from GM that was a vaccum advance type thing, that gives you an idle pressure, and a much higher WOT pressure. Good luck- Randy

if you plan to really mod your engine someday, then get the vacuum adjustable regulator. if you just plan on boosting your hp a little bit. make your own adjustable. if you have 70$ to throw in the garbage, send me 70$ and ill send you a modified stock regulator, or hey maybe even and vacuum adjustable since they are only 45. Anyway, dont get larger injectors until you are ready for over 260hp. until then your injectors are plenty. even after that, they can work at higher psi's. Your engine should respond well to about a half psi increase with your exhaust mods. and a little bit of chip programming wouldnt hurt after that either. But get a fuel pressure gauge if you are going to be adjusting, it will help you out in the long run.
