I am highly amused by camera's lack of spelling skills and obvious immaturity... my estimate for his age would be (drum roll):

You heard it here folks... place your bets!
Pertaining to the topic, let me think for a minute...
You could be experiencing any one of several problems. You could have water in the distributer cap or the starter could be going... if your battery has dropped a cell or gone bad it might not have enough juice to power the starter. I would assume it's an electrical problem ahead of the coil. You could also have a dead alternator, just start with the basics and go from there, it doesn't sound like a serious problem, so good luck.

i third that notion of the banning.
i had the same problem with my old carburated berlinetta. Out of the blue it decided to not kick over on me. I tried timing it, which was a pain to have someone crank it and me to turn the cap. Then tried ignition coil, loads of starter fluid. Turns out the tps was missing out of the carb and it was extremely flooded. Plus the battery was a piece of crap. with yours, i can only give hints. Ground out the spark plugs, see if they are sparking.
My friend has a civic with a screwed up pressure line, and hes not getting the right amount of gas. So, thats just a few ideas
