Cold Starting

I cant see what the problem is with my cold starting. it takes a while for it to start when the car has been sitting for a while and is cold. when it is warm it starts right up. i tryed starting it when it is cold then turning it off and starting it again to see if it was the fuel pressure bleeding off. it took longer to start it the second time. ill try to start it and run it for at least 10 seconds first then turn it off. is there something else i can do to start faster when it is cold?
