cams and TBI

I was wondering if I put a new cam in my 305 will I have to adjust anything on my TBI or in the computer

Transmission: 6 spd manual

Axle/Gears: 14/41 tooth

you can put an used LT1 cam(~$30) in. only thing you would have to adjust is fuel pressure. https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/tbi-afpr.shtml
