Likely causes for sudden stalling?
Likely causes for sudden stalling?
89 GTA, TPI 305, 5 speed.
Have had no problems prior to yesterday. Drove 20 minutes to my destination, parked for 1 hour. Ran good on the way there. Car started fine, but now will not idle. No codes yet. Runs fair if I work the throttle, but dies when I let off. Seems to have been a sudden problem, and happened when the car was sitting. Did not have time to troubleshoot last night, will work on it tomorrow.
My list:
Vacuum leak (hose fell of somewhere?)
TPS sensor failied?
IAC stuck?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
