SES code 43!!!!
SES code 43!!!!
I've changed out the knock sensor and ignition module. I don't want to throw any more parts at this thing. I have the datalog for someone to look at and try to help. The vehicle is a 95 chevy 1500 350 5.7l. Too many aftermarket parts to list so please shoot me a pm so we can discuss. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: SES code 43!!!!
I know this a stupid question, but sometimes we overlook the obvious, Is the that single tan wire with the black stripe on the passenger side firewall unplugged? The one your supposed to unplug to put the est in bypass mode to time the engine.
Re: SES code 43!!!!
yes it is when i adjust the timing. then i plug it back in. Where is this esc module on this vehicle. Or is the code 43 referring to the knock sensor? Anyway. I've tried setting diff time degrees to no avail. I've got a datalog if any cares to see it. I'm not going to throw any more parts at it since i've spent so much money to rebuild it myself. just can't understand this TBI deal. Maybe if i throw in a carb and get rid of the ecm and tbi? At this pooint i'm almost about to blow that truck up!
