what can i do to my 305 tbi

Engine: currently swapping 5.3
Transmission: 4l60e
Axle/Gears: soon to be 4:11
what can i do to my 305 tbi
is it worth tryin to rebuild my 305 and put in a better cam, headers, intake, carb, heads..... or should i do all that and get a chip burned to where i can use my computer and TBI?... or should i build it "the old fashion way"

I can tell you know that your going to get flamed for even thinking of doing anything to a 305 (305 vs. 350 argument) I will probably get flamed for what I just said as well. But, with that said there is alot of information on 305 TBIs just do a search. Here's a link to get you started.
