Bored Throttle Body with working Balance port
One of my more challenging projects was to bore a Crossfire TB to 2" and 2.125" while retaining the ability to properly balance them.
First picture is completed 2" bored prototype puling 6" water on manometer:

If you mean the top picture, then those are chrome powder coated.
The bottom picture is carb cleaner followed by light abrasive blast in prep for powder.
