Installing Aeromotive 13301 VAFPR

I see that everybody installs the line downstream of the TB on the return line. Could it or would it be better to block off the return and run it this way:

Hardline Fuel Supply to Inlet on VAFPR
Harline Fuel Return to Return on VAFPR
VAFPR Outlet to TB inlet
Block off TB return line

No.

It needs to be on the return line downstream of the TBI unit. Otherwise the only way to purge air & vapors is out the injectors.
