I have a 92 rs it has the lo3. I have 1.6 rr, tbi spacer and fuel injector spacer, pullies, full exhaust, open element and chip from tbi chips. The motor has roughly 45,000 miles on it. I want to know what can I expect from putting a Lt4 production cam, and edelbrock tbi intake in. I want to know how much of a gain I will notice in power and how much it will hurt my fuel economy. The car is a daily driver and I commute to college 60 miles a day. Thanks

 

I'm trying to decide between the lt4 and the compucam 2031. I've read on here about ppl who have done the swaps, but they never really say how it worked. My main question is is it worth the trouble. Also on the intake manifold if there is a better let me know. From what I've read the edelbrock intake doesn't do much. I'm just looking for some advice thanks.

 

Ill guess around 205hp but i dont really know for sure. I had an all bolt on L03 and made about 182hp out of it so with 1.rr an LT4 cam and intake id guess about 25hp more.... and im just thinking what the parts are worth hp wise im sure you'd get more with a nice tune, and no doubt you'd need one.

Really though anything 200hp and more to the wheels with a LO3 and your doing good!
