4bbl TBI with GM Computer

4bbl TBI with GM Computer
I am trying to find some information about possibly running the Holley 4bbl
TBI using one of the GM computers.
In my reading so far, I have found out about the 7427 TBI computer which
seems to have decent following on here as well as the EBL which may have
some promise for my application. Finally I was very impressed with the
thread about Fast 355's PCM using mass air. It looks like there is quite a
wealth of knowledge on this board and I am hoping that some of you will
share that with me.
From what I have read, I am certain that any one of the TBI computers I
mentioned could run my car with a standard TBI, but I am wondering if it
might be possible to fire the four injectors of the Holley in a staged mode
in concert with the progressive throttle linkage that the Holley has.
I have seen reference to the possibility of firing four TBI injectors
with an injector driver modification but don't know about the programing.
I also ran across the Franken TBI thread where they mentioned how Holley
stages the injectors to match their progressive linkage, but it didn't seem
to go into any detail about how that could be accomplished with say a 7427.
If anyone has any insight could you please share that with me.

Well after a little more reading, It seems that Dimented's $0D code is open source. Where can I get a copy of this and what should I use to start looking at and understanding it. I was thinking about maybe using a transistor off of a switched output to provide power to the second pair of injectors and just run all four off the two drivers in the 7427.
Dimented, can you advise here?

Interesting idea Ronny. Have you had a chance to compare the Victor to a Weiand Stealth or Performer RPM while fuel injected? I have heard the Victor gives up bottom end on a Carb but I don't know how that applies to fuel injection.

Well what about this?

It SUPPOSED to support up to 440hp....

Re: 4bbl TBI with GM Computer
The price is definitely a bit of a turn off. I already have the Holley throttle body and I am currently running a carb with a Weiand Stealth manifold. My car is already set up with an in tank pump and return but no ecu or wiring. I could possibly change the progressive throttle linkage on the Holley to a linear one, but I was hoping to be able to run just two injectors for idle and cruise for a little better resolution. I don't know if this is really necessary though. Just trying to plan out an intelligent transition to TBI. By the way, I have considered Megasquirt but was turned off by the PWM flyback problems present while running four TBI injectors. I also would like to have the possibility of enabling EGR for better fuel economy. So that is why I am leaning more towards the factory ecu/pcm.

Sorry I should've been more clear...that Motorvation one is a 4 barrel that hooks up to a stock computer. So...by posting that link...I was just showing that its possible.
