I have a 1990 camaro 305, how can i make the top speed higher? the speedo only goes to 110, I want the top speed to go higher, how can i do this?

 

rs stands for real slow so anything you do will help.
go to tpi from tbi.
hooker 2055 headers with borla cat back.
edelbrock vortec heads.
more cam.
different rear end with posi and 411 gears.
turbo or supercharger.
dump in a 350 - bore and stroke it to a 383 - which is the limits of the tpi from gm.
just about anything you can think of will help. just read the boards and you will see that some of these people have some outstanding rides.

lucky for me my car is tbi alright, thanks for the tips, but you're being a bit vague, you're saying i should get a cam and heads, and you're also saying i should get a 350, which should i do first? i don't have 2000 dollars in my pocket either.

 

look in the tech article database on this site. it tells you how to wire in a switch to disable the speed limiter.
