Tom - any way to buy any of the products you had for sale? Not sure if you have any of the stuff in stock, but I am sure there might be some people interested in whatever you have left.
Thanks. We do have some things in stock depending on what people are looking for. PM me if you have something in mind, we may have it.
Hope you can bring the business back Tom. Would definitely like to get my hands on the TB balancing tool and some other tools you previously had for sale.

I believe Summit is selling it. If not in catalog check online.
Did Edelbrock get involved late in CF life?
Summit does sell it now along with others.
Not that I'm aware of...I did approached Edlebrock and began talks with them to manufacture the manifold, but they said it was too complicated and time consuming of a tool "mold" to produce. Oh, well, it's not that bad really so Eddy Motorsports makes it for us. Hope this helps
A new CFI company will appear on the Interwebs soon. Give me another week or two to finish the site. Waiting on some more parts, so I'm kind of at the mercy of other vendors at the moment. The new site is actually already online, but it says it's under construction, which it is. I'll be starting out small on the amount of items and add items as time goes on with "maybe" a few new items added again over time that have never been seen by anyone except myself nor sold by DCS or anybody else. I'm meeting with a pattern maker tomorrow to see the feasibility and the cost of some new tooling (molds) to be cast. Curious? I guess you will have to wait and see. PM me if you want info on site. Thanks All.

This all sounds very exciting. I Literally today pulled my 83 CFI TA out of the closet after 12 years to put him back on the road. Ive got a renegade manifold and some 2" bodies so it'll be very interesting to see what else you will have on offer.

please let me know when your site is up and operating
Just to let members know, there is now a Renegade manifold top plate gasket available at 1/32" thick specifically for the Renegade. There has never been a gasket offered until now. No price yet, but it is on the site to view. Price should be soon. Also, I added custom TB fittings for a parallel plumbed system using AN-6 fittings. The new blank off plates are on there as well with gaskets, not to mention that the NEW HAM board is now available. It is now a purple board with all gold connections vs. silver on the old board with some improvements to make installation easier. More to come somewhat soon. Any other questions feel free to PM me.

Still pursuing the raw manifold casting project and have been rather busy. Getting a little push back on this from CA company. Oh well, it's 50% my tooling. If they **** me off too much I will see about pulling the tooling completely. Posted up new items on the site, like top plate gaskets and other things.
It looks like the tooling for the manifold is going to be pulled from Eddy Motorsports. I have a call tonight to discuss the destiny of the manifold. Worse case, it will never be produced again.

Just to let all you CF guys know...The tooling for the Renegade manifold is now back in my hands safe and sound. EMS is NO LONGER making them or selling them. There are some issues, but it doesn't look bad or unrepairable. All the core boxes look good for sure. Just the cope and drags are the issue so far. Even the top plate looks good and that is one piece that I was worried about. We are going to look it over a little more tomorrow and the next few days and also get with the pattern maker in Phoenix that originally did the tooling and see what he says.I have to get with our original machinist and tell him that he may be back in the manifold business again.
Also, we may have found another promising new foundry...AND ITS LOCAL! That would be HUGE if everything looks and goes as planned IMO. Need to contact Summit as well before we lose that connection because of EMS. There is a lot to do and since the holiday is coming, it will set things back a little, BUT at least all the tooling is back to us and I'm a happy camper right now.
Here are the core boxes, they are all in good shape...thank God! I talked with my machinist today and we discussed the manifold machining and kind of what I want to do if this all works out as planned and he is all for it including the "blue printed" version/plan and ready to go.

it needs an adapter for the ac bracket hole on the fbody intakes
Any updates on how things are coming along? I'm really looking forward to building up my CrossFire engine!
Not much to report right now. I have talked with the original pattern maker about the tooling and I need to drop it all off and have him take a look at it. When that happens, I will post an update of the next move. Thanks for posting.

the renegade manifold needs a mounting hole for the a/c bracket/ brace on the f-body intakes.
I just saw that all items have been removed from xfireperformance.com website and it says its shutting down?? Does anyone here have any info? Is this to be the end of the Renegade CrossFire intake?
An inexpensive alternative to the CF manifold is a single plane weiand(spell?) accelerator with adapter plate to a 7.4L TB. Or a edelbrock torker with same. Those are low profile manifolds that may clear a hood. I ran similar but the TBI Holley dual plane manifold.

I just went to their web site and all looks OK. Maybe you hit the wrong site? Dunno'
UPDATE: The Renegade tooling is done and as good as new again. I will be picking it up either Monday or Tues from the pattern maker. Now, I need to go to the foundry and see what I can work out with them if anything. More as this story as it develops. Now if I can only get this virus thing to stop. What a mess...
did you add a mounting hole for the a/c bracket/ brace on the renegade manifold? it needs it for the f-body intakes
You have asked this several times now. That would appear to be a machining issue, not a tooling issue. Since I don't have or ever had a F-body car and you have not given me any information regarding this issue in the way of bolt dimensions, thread size/pitch, length and most importantly "exactly" where the hole needs to be, the short answer would be no.
UPDATE: I picked up the Renegade tooling today from the pattern maker. It all looks nice and just like brand new again and ready for pouring. On to the next step... I will be going to the foundry in the morning with the tooling to see if I can get them to do some pours.
