Car warms up and dies

Engine: 305 T.B.I.
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 Open Diff
Car warms up and dies
Things I have replaced recently - semi recently
-Coolant Temperature Sensor
-MAP Sensor
-O2 Sensor
-Throttle Position Sensor
-Fuel Filter
I drove all day one day fine and the next I was stranded on a road. I have not been able to check fuel pressure yet that is my next thing. It will warm up and die. If I shut it off before it dies I can start it right back up but if it dies it won't start back up without starting fluid or until it's cool. Any ideas at all?
