89 Fromula 350 TBI, slow when it warms up

89 Fromula 350 TBI, slow when it warms up
i have an 89 Formula, originally came with a 5.0 TBI
some years ago we followed some info on this site and got what we needed to make it a nice 350 TBI
got a 87and up 350 block
put in a Comp Cam
Holley Projection Intake
Holley 670 cfm TB
Edelbrock Headers and y-pipe
it ran it ran horrible for a while, but it turned out the fule pump line had a huge hole in it
SO got a 350 fuel pump, turned the base timing to 10deg
all of this is running on the stock 305tbi chip and computer
when it first starts up and is warming up it runs AMAZING
after it warms up it slows down alot
normal driving runs fine, but i know there is more power since it flys when it is cold
is it the open loop closed loop?
i am guessing i need a custom chip
would a Hotchip for a 350 tbi work from TBIchips.com?
any help would be appreciated

If you have a laptop, get EBL flash and you will get lots of support to dial in your set up.

its runs fine actually, i just now there is ALOT more power available
