Wierd Problem

Hey everyone,
This problem just started yesterday and i can't figure out what it could be.

Whats happening is my car (1989 stock RS LO3 ) starts up fine and idles perfectly (no check engine light). The problem starts once the cars warmed up and i start driving. What happens is the car bogs down and stumbles. It cant go faster than 10-20 mph.
If I'm going up a hill a loud popping sound comes from the exhaust. The engine sounds like its gonna blow up and i cant go more than 5 mph

If i pull over for 10 min and then start the car again it drives fine for the next 5 or 6 min then the problem starts up again.

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm totally stumped
-Thanks
