Wire bundle in passenger inner fender?

Transmission: 4L60E W/ Yank SS3600
Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 Bolt BW
Wire bundle in passenger inner fender?
So what are these for? They are about 4-5 inches from the wheel inside the fender. Yesterday the plastic peice fell off due to a bump on the road (Freaking chicago and their bad roads) and it fell off and coming home i noticed the wires and connector there.
I am thinking its ac, but what is it really? I am about to clean the insides and go get another plastic peice from a local junk yard to get it fixed.
