what kind of gains should i expect with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator??

other than a lighter wallet ive got an extra tbi from my 88 bird im going to try to make it adjustable for my 92 rs with the thread on here is it worth doing is there a noticable gain ive got nothing to loose but is it really worth doing thanks in advance

VaFPR is more for adjusting fuel pressures to accomodate mods already done, and not really for making any gains. Unless you've made mods that aren't currently fully reaching their potential, there won't be any 'gains' per se.

I prefer the 91-92 TPS, in other words I would keep the 92 TB.

If you have full exhaust and your datalogs show the engine running a little lean, you can icrease the Fuel Pressure a wery little. Be aware that by increasing FP ower a little, you will neet to adjust BPC and AE tables. For performance, at the same time you should also play with the SA and VE tables.
