Ok ,forget the cam, i found the heads though. I was needing to know if those heads will fit the intake on my 92 rs?

The L69 heads are from years '83 to '86, so they would have the '86 and older intake bolt pattern.
Your TBI intake is from '88 to '92, so it has the newer bolt pattern. No it will not bolt directly up. But you can grind open the center four holes to match. Whether its worth the swap is up to you.
